Welcome Georgia!
Introducing Georgia, our newest casual support worker. Georgia comes to TCG with stacks of experience and a passion for supporting the people of Geelong.
Georgia's favorite thing about being a support worker:
I love building long term and meaningful relationships with participants and learning about their interests and personality. As well as having the opportunity to actually help someone achieve their goals and see the impact I can make on their daily lives
Her hobbies and interests:
I love being active and going on walks or to the gym. I am also a pilates instructor so I love teaching classes and motivating people to move their bodies in a way that feels good for them. I love painting and crafts and getting creative with colour. I also enjoy playing video/computer games.
Her experience and qualifications:
I've worked in Disability for 2 years, working with young girls aged 4-17 mainly working with ASD and ADHD but I am excited to broaden my experience. I also hold a WWCC, CPR + first aid, NDIS clearance, and Cert III community services.
Please give Georgia a warm welcome if you see her pop up in your roster. If you think Georgia would be a good fit for you, please give us a call!
